  Dip the wand once and comb through hair along both browlines. Do not wash off. Allow to dry for 90 seconds before applying other skincare or makeup products. For optimal results, use AM and PM on clean, dry skin. WHEN TO USE: Use twice daily, AM and PM. For a complete routine, pair with LASHBOND™ Building Serum. TIP: Consistency is key.
